Delicious easy carrot cake recipe |

Ingredients:
- 600g carrots (grated)
- 150g dried grapes
- 4 eggs
- 10ml vanilla extract
- 200g brown sugar + 300 g white sugar
- 350g flour (all-purpose)
- 225ml vegetable oil
- 250g pineapple (crushed)
- 8g baking soda
- 100g walnuts (chopped)
- salt
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven at 350F
2. In a bowl, mix carrots, raisins and brown sugar.
3. Grease and flour a pan.
4. In a bowl, beat eggs and slowly add normal sugar, pineapple, vanilla extract and vegetable oil.
5. Add the all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda. Add the carrot mix.
6. Put on the pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until ready
7. Add frosting, to taste. |
