Ingredients:
- 450g carrots (grated)
- 250g flour (all-purpose)
- Cream cheese frosting
- 4 eggs
- 10g baking powder
- 315ml vegetable oil
- 10g baking soda
- 400g-450g sugar (white)
- 100g walnuts (chopped)
- salt

Directions:
1. Put the oven at 350F.
2. Put grease and flour on a pan.
3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and soda together.
4. In another bowl, mix the 4 eggs and the sugar.
5. Add the oil, mix well. Add, slowly, the other bowl mix. Add the carrots and walnuts. Add salt, to taste.
6. Put in the pan, then in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until the cake is ready.
7. Add the cream cheese frosting.
