Ingredients:
- 2 angel food cake
- 1 tbs. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. raspberry preserve
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. confectioners sugar.
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese on one side of a cake.
2. Spread raspberry preserve on one side of the other cake.
3. Place both cake together, sandwich style.
4. Spread butter on outside of cake.
5. Toast cake in a skillet until both sides are browned.
6. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
