Ingredients:
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 250 ml mayonnaise
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g white sugar
- 5 g baking powder
- 5 g baking soda
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 225 ml water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Grease and flour a cooking pan.
2. Mix cocoa powder, mayonnaise, all-purpose flour, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and water.
3. Mix well with an electric mixer.
4. Bake at 350F until ready. (should be 30-40 minutes)
