Name: Pumpkin cheesecake

Ingredients:
- 450 g cream cheese
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 g cinnamon (ground)
- 2 g nutmeg (ground)
- salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Add the butter, two eggs and 1g-2g of salt.
3. Grease and flour a cooking pan. Put the mixture in the cooking pan.
4. Bake, at 350F, for 50-60 minutes or until ready
Make sure to take a look often after fourty minutes to cook it to perfection!
