Delicious simple chocolate cake recipe |
Name: Simple chocolate cake

Ingredients:
- 75g chocolate (to taste)
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 250g white sugar
- 150g sour cream
- 100ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 5g baking soda
- 100g butter (melted)
- 20ml water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, boil milk and chocolate.
2. Cream the 100g butter, then add the 2 eggs and 150g sour cream.
3. Put the 5g baking soda in 20ml water. Add to the sour cream mix.
4. Add the chocolate/milk and all-purpose flour to the mixture.
5. Mix well, until smooth. Add the 1 tsp. salt. Mix well.
6. Grease and flour a cooking pan.
7. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes or until ready. Take a look often not to overcook it!
This is as simple as it gets. But why make a complicated recipe when simple is just good! This will become a family favorite and you'll be happy to be able to prepare/bake it in less than an hour!
